| With the acceleration of economic growth and the acceleration of urbanization,the central areas of many cities continue to spread to the surrounding areas,forming the urban-rural junction of urban fringe areas.Due to the two-way radiation of urban and rural education at the same time,rural primary schools in the junction of urban and rural areas have problems of universal rural education,and they also have obvious characteristics of their own.The rural elementary schools in the urban-rural fringe area that I study are radiated by urban development in the geographical category,and are subordinate to the towns or local streets in terms of the educational management system and historical affiliation.Under the requirement of balanced development of education,we must pay attention to the educational development of this special school district.The educational development level of elementary schools in the fringe of urban and rural areas is closely related to the school’s hardware equipment and teacher resources.With the advancement of the process of urban-rural integration,the infrastructure of schools in urban-rural areas has been continuously improved,and it is equipped with teaching facilities that are indistinguishable from those in urban schools.Therefore,teacher resources have become an important factor in determining the level of urban and rural education development.Looking at the overall situation,the problem of the large gap in education quality between rural and urban schools in the urban-rural fringe area of Jimo District is still serious.The special location of the urban-rural fringe has caused the government to weaken the education investment and teacher training to schools in rural areas.With the liberalization of the two-child policy,many school-age female teachers take maternity leave.The school cannot guarantee that there will be a dedicated teacher for each subject.This makes the young and middle-aged backbone teachers take on multiple jobs and undertake various tedious tasks in the school.Various pressures lead to The loss of key teachers.There is an aging of teachers in schools in the urban-rural fringe area,there is a shortage of professional teachers such as sports and music,and one teacher has multiple subjects.The development of education in the urban-rural fringe area is very disadvantageous.The qualification rate of school teachers and the proportion of teachers with intermediate and senior positions are lower than those in urban schools.There are few outstanding teachers and subject leaders,and the promotion of teacher professional development is insufficient;the aging of the teaching team,the aging of knowledge and the problem of subject imbalance are obvious;there are many old teachers,The status quo of the number of teachers who have been transferred from the public to the public,there are few young teachers,and the loss of outstanding backbone teachers.This research takes two primary schools in the eastern part of the urban-rural fringe area and one elementary school in the southeastern part of the urban-rural fringe area as the survey objects,and conducts questionnaire surveys and interviews with the teachers of the primary schools.Understand the current situation of teachers’ mobility in the urban-rural fringe zone of Jimo District.The survey mainly conducts research from several aspects: teacher structure,school management,social identity,teacher’s professional pressure,and professional development.Based on the research on the development status of rural primary school teachers in the fringe of urban and rural areas,analyze the reasons for teacher mobility,and put forward feasible optimization suggestions for the educational development of Jimo District.This research aims to promote the development of rural primary schools in the urban-rural fringe area,enhance the process of the integrated development of urban and rural education,and at the same time provide practical suggestions for reducing the gap between primary schools in the urban-rural fringe area and urban primary schools.Further improving the quality of education and teaching in the urban-rural fringe and rural areas has positive practical significance for promoting the equitable development of rural compulsory education,achieving balanced development of education,and promoting the integration of urban and rural areas. |
