In the development of the Chinese society, education has always played animportant role in changing the fate and class identity of people. Looking into thephenomenon, compared with state the desire on social mobility of is bubbling brooks,while the former is huge cataract. It depends on the demand of society fundamentallywhether an individual can obtain the ideal career and enter the class expected, ratherthan on the subjective judgment of the members of the society.The contradiction between the education equity and stratification is throughoutthe whole education stratification. It mainly analyzes the equity orientation ofeducation essence value, the stratification orientation of education instrumental valueand the consequences of the game between them. So we should set up a system basedon individual aptitudes, character, and obtainment factors for stratification with the help ofequal and high quality education. So the members of the society will naturally formstratification.As a result of stratification, the contradiction between vertical mobility of classand the loss of class status is more prominent. It was the real dismal when the childrenfailing in stream or selection had felt confused on culture and education,feltembarrassed and helpless faced up the employment. So we should conduct educationin various level and direction to develop in reason. We may provide the mostmatching, reasonable and suitable education arrangements and care coincidence witheverybody,added with the slope of education policy. That is the return to educationessence value and the return to the respect to students.
