The fourth chapter of the thesis bases on the study of the third chapter, it focuses on influences of family social stratification at every stage of higher education, then came the conclusion that family social stratification does affect the equity of higher education in our country. The fifth chapter makes some deep thinking, suggests that the government, universities and students can work together to promote the fairness of higher education. The fairness of higher education is an important part of education fair, as an important foundation of social equity, educational equity is generally regarded as a an important tool to promote the flow between the different social strata, it can balance the social distribution of benefits. If the flow is stop, the society must be unstable. Since the social stratification has affected the equality of higher education, we should take some measures to help students from disadvantaged class to obtain more equity and more competitiveness. the government should take some compensatory measures to help students from the lower class families. Universities must treat students from different classes fairly. And students should also try to improve themselves at all levels. Only the government, schools and students are actively involved in, can we create a fair higher education atmosphere.
