"Kindergarten Education Guidance Program (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as the "new Outline"). This new outline's promulgation made the early childhood education's reform was accelerated, and also raised new challenges to the quality of kindergarten teachers'. An effective teacher in-service training for kindergarten teachers in the ranks has a decisive role. The implementation of effective teacher training was required by times and education reform. Study had found that the current in-service training of kindergarten teachers in China had many problems, such as old content, unclear target, weak training and in a lack of practical issues. While on a global scale numerous academic institutions and experts have already studied the blended learning for quite long time. These studies have been making the rapid application and development in the field of education and training, and to some extent they have already had some effect. Taking IBM for example, they have already achieved significant benefits through blended learning in their employee training. Besides, in China blended learning is also gradually carried out in social enterprise training and distance education training colleges, but the application of in-service training among kindergarten teachers has not yet been studied in depth. Based on these reasons the researchers have been analyzing the success of IBM's employee training cases, and combining with a large number of literature reading research. And therefore how to apply the advantages of blended learning in kindergarten teachers'in-service distance training is the main content of this research project.This paper includes six chapters: The first chapter is main introduction, describing the background of this study, presentation and the significance of this research topic; the second chapter is the theoretical foundation on the definition of concepts between blended learning and distance training, and related theories will be elaborated; the third chapter analyzes the quality requirement of kindergarten teachers, the in-service training status quo, and the necessity of efficient training; the fourth chapter has designed a training pattern that mixed learning applied to the in-service training of kindergarten teachers; the fifth chapter has designed a case for practice of mixed learning for contents; the sixth chapter is a conclusion, a summary of the whole project.The innovation of this paper is to use blended learning theory to apply into kindergarten teacher in-service training. The finding of this analysis has come from an enormous profitable corporate training model, exploration and experience of this corporate, thus built a more scientific and effective system of in-service training among kindergarten teachers. This paper hopes to enhance the quality of our kindergarten teachers'training through blended learning theory, and kindergarten teacher in-service training. At the same time this will be a good exploration for blended learning, applications and in-service training in China.
