The Teacher Education Technology Training of elementary school and middle school has got development and recognition than before. After The normal department in The ministry of education promulgated The Education Technology Capacity Standard of elementary school and middle school teachers (tried out), The ministry of education has started up "The building project of Education Technology Capacity of countrywide elementary school and middle school teachers ".It is planning that 1,200,000 countrywide elementary school and middle school teachers will take part in more than 50 education technology training classes in 5 years. The project is so enormous that we can't accomplish training assignment in so short time if we adopt a face-to-face mode and this mode would consume a great deal of manpower and material resources. The training effect would not be guaranteed if we adopt a on-line mode. The author has taken part in "The leading building project of Education Technology Capacity of countrywide elementary school and middle school teachers "and "The on-line experimental unit building project of Education Technology Capacity of countrywide elementary school and middle school teachers " with her hierophant fortunately. After these two projects finished,the author has analysed the disadvantages and advantages of the two modes. Through the analyse,the author has discovered some questions in two modes. The author has brough forward the blended learning training mode of elementary school and middle school teachers.After referenced numbers of blended learning training cases of domestic and overseas corporations and large numbers of domestic and overseas literatures, the author has analyzed the feasibility and validity bringing blended learning into the teacher education technology training. Then the author had settled and concluded the theories about blended learning. After these,the author has designed the education technology blended learning training mode of elementary school and middle school teachers. The member in e21ab and the author have chose moodle—a technical flat. All of members in e21ab have developed the technical flat.After the training finished, the author has analyzed the training results, the validity, and the rationality on the blended learning training mode. At last, the author has brought forward consummated ideas on the mode and the flat, and has pointed out future study aspects.
