"Students with learning difficulties " are the vulnerable groups in school, which imply poor students in universal meaning. The emergence of this particular group closely related with school education, even though there are various reasons behind it. High school is the transition phase from primary education to higher education, but under the baton of the College Entrance Examination, schools become a fraction of the manufacturing machines, teachers give love and care to students with high marks and honors, educational inequities in high school is particularly prominent. High School is an important stage in which students initially form correct world outlooks on life, values. Therefore, the concerns about the development of each student not only show our respect for life, but also supposed to be educators'obligations and responsibilities.The paper is divided into six parts: a brief introduction to the topics of reason, research significance and research methods. Chapter I is a theoretical understanding of students with learning difficulties by analyzing a large number of existing problems associated with learning difficulties research data. Then defines the concept of Learning Difficulties Students, analyzes learning difficulties students'type, and clarifies the role of equitable factors in order to lay the theory foundation. Chapter II typical analyzes on Learning Difficulties Students cases. The writer goes to the class, finds the problems through lectures, practical observation, individual interviews, etc., Chapter III analyzes inequities factors during the formation of learning difficulties students, from society, school, classroom three levels on the basis of the second chapter. Chapter IV tries to transform at students with learning difficulties on education equity perspective, which from the educational environment, the education process and educational ideas three dimensions. The last section is a summary of the research and reflection.By the use of first-line teaching advantages, from student's perspective, the writer shows the process of students gradually transformed and eventually become "Learning Difficulties" under an unfair environment, so that theoretical research can deep into practical educational school live. Finally, through the unfair living and study phenomenon of the Learning Difficulties Students, the writer summarizes how "learning difficulties students" form, in order to prevent this phenomenon appear and put forward practical solutions to help them.
