In order to meet the demand of information time, algorithm is added to mathematical curriculum together with many other modern mathematicals subject. Algorithm is the foundation of the computer technology which exerts a profound influence on the society, personal life and science research since the late 20th century. The thorough knowledge about algorithm can help students master the computer, a tool widely used now. the research on the teaching conditions of algorithm is great help to know the existing teaching conditions and make some improvement, which will help students to learn and master this modern technology.The paper is based on the research and analysis on the teaching of A version of People's Education Publishing House materials"Algorithm preliminary"in high school of Chuangchun city,and carry out the status quo method of teaching case studies.The paper carry out the teaching situation multiple visits through the observation, interviews, questionnaire survey method and literature method,and from recognition algorithm is introduced,algorithm teaching situation,students status three aspects to research and analysis of summary, Study found that as far as the pilot schools, in all aspects there are many problems in both,some of them are typical problems of algorithm teaching situation for Jilin Province.I according to this, respectively, from the perspective of teachers, students point of view, the school point of view to summary of the issues,and given to a certain degree of research proposals for teaching from teachers point of view, students point of view, the school point of view, the social point of view, Want to try teaching in schools has been a certain degree of referential significance.
