Countries from all over the world started to construct"informationization"in every field since it first to be known in 1960s. So as to the tactic of informative development is regarded as an important part of a country's whole tactics. The informationization of the society causes the education's informationization, whose nucleus is to combines information technology with curriculum. Therefore, how to make effect use of the information technology in class teaching comes to be important, because it determines whether the educational informationization can make practical effects or not.Mathematics has close relationship with information technology. The appearance and development of information technology change the whole mathematics'world. It changes people's opinions on mathematics as well as opinions on mathematics education. There is no doubt that both of the changes will lead to a new change of teaching and learning mathematics. So, to work on the relationship between mathematics teaching and information technology becomes a question for discussion of world-wide reformation of mathematics education.To integrate the information technology with the mathematics curriculum contains many aspects, and to integrate the information technology with mathematics teaching is one of them. If effective integration of these two is taken, not only the means and the efficiency of teaching will be improved, but also a change of how to teaching and learn will come in to being. It can make the students turn to a type of initiative study instead of a passive one, so as to show that students are the principal part in teaching activity, so they can do better when study mathematics. Accordingly, there comes an important question to discuss---how to carry out the validity of the integration, which also has great sense for further study both in theory and in practical area.This essay mainly talked about the validity of the integration between information technology and mathematics teaching. First, it expatiated on the background, significances and the actual status at home and abroad. Through these, the author did some researches and analyzed some problems that existed. Secondly, the essay analyzed the characteristics of the validity and pointed out the three characters of it. Then it discussed the factors which can influence the validity and summed up six factors in all. Afterwards, on the foundation of the things mentioned above, the author took out two successful cases and also analyzed them. At last, this essay came to three pieces of meaningful research results, and also, raised some questions that need to be further discussed. There is a prospect in the very end.
