For a long time, the word of education is surrounded with what a teacher should be. As an object, teacher is endued with too much burden, but very few people pay attention to the states of teachers' lives, till peoples begin to think why there is so much resistance in the practice of new curriculum reform. The various elements of culture is not isolated, to understand the development of teachers, we must restore it into specific socio-cultural an ecological background, so the cultural ecology of teachers become the main matter of this research. This research choose rural elementary school's teacher as subject investigated to attract more people concerned about rural teachers, who have long been neglected, and attract more people concerned about the education questions of rural children, whose number account for the majority of the country's population. As the methods, this research choose a case to research directly, via communion with the principal teachers students and the parents of children to study rural culture ecology of rural elementary school's teacher, and I wish there is something contribution to people's further education research.In the research, firstly, there is some introduce about the base of the research, include why I choose this topic, the objective of this research, methodology and object, results achieved, key concepts, and so on.In the second part, first, the research first present the overall position of rural culture in the background of rural society urbanization, when discuss the rural cultural ecology beside the case school, this research discuss at two levels, that is material culture and spiritual culture, after that, it analyses the affect of rural cultural ecology to school education.The third part researches the case school directly, base on the capital of rural primary school teachers, this part research the case from material culture institutional culture and spiritual culture in detail.The last part of this thesis tries to explore how to construction the rural culture ecology of rural elementary school's teacher. This part discuss from three levels:policy demands at the national level, principal curriculum leadership at school level, and changing attitude to promote the professional competence actively at teacher level.
