And to the acceleration of urbanization process of social transformation to the development of rural basic education has brought unprecedented challenges. With the development of the new curriculum reform, teacher’s importance is increasingly obvious. The success of new curriculum reform,the key lies in teachers, teacher is the first resource of education.Teacher ecological community culture construction is one of the important ways to promote teachers professional development, it is not only the need of new curriculum reform,and is the essential requirement of teacher professional development. X primary school language group as a case, this study adopts the participation observation and unstructured interviews, study on the cultural ecology of the rural primary school teachers community, try to find the community of rural primary school teachers cultural ecology construction strategy, so as to promote rural primary school teachers’ professional development, improve the quality of rural primary school basic education.The main content of this study includes four parts:Part one,introduction. This part mainly illustrates the main topic of this research and the selected topic reason, this paper points out the research significance and summarizes the related research status at home and abroad, train of thought and use of research methods, this paper expounds related concepts.Part two, the teacher community of basic content analysis of cultural ecology. This part from the structure, characteristics, function, environment and operational aspects of the basic content of teacher’s community culture ecology is analyzed,for after on-the-spot investigation provides a solid basis.Part three, the current situation of rural primary school teachers community cultural ecology and problem analysis. This part introduce the basic situation of X primary school first, and then from the material system of cultural ecology, cultural ecology, behavior, cultural ecology, cultural ecology four aspects of the current situation of rural primary school teachers community cultural ecology is analyzed, finally find the problems of rural primary school teachers community cultural ecology, That is material culture aspect, teachers’living conditions is poor; Imperfect teaching facilities, the system culture aspect-system effectiveness and pertinence is not strong, behavior, culture aspect, competitiveness is not strong; Shallow cooperative degree, spiritual and cultural ecological level of independent consciousness is not strong.Part four, the rural primary school teachers path analysis for the construction of ecological community culture. This part from four aspects to put forward the strategies of the rural primary school teachers community cultural ecology construction. First, the material and cultural aspect:increase financial investment; Optimize the campus facilities. Second, the system culture ecological aspects:constructing scientific and reasonable system, to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation; Perfect the training system and evaluation system, strengthen the implementation of targeted. Third, behavior cultural ecology level:encourage rural primary school teachers to the benign competition between members of the community; Strengthen rural primary school teachers the deep cooperation among community members. Fourth, spiritual culture ecology level:to improve rural primary school teachers community members of the independent consciousness; Achieving rural elementary school teachers’ community members of the cultural consciousness.Summary, the author gave an overall summary the paper results, pointed out the deficiencies and future research directions in research.
