As the transformation of China's economy, social structure and higher education from elite to mass, the employment of college students has become the focus of many people. However, the contradictions in employment are closely linked with the university training model.With the economic, technical and organizational innovation, Higher education was required from the roots to foster more integrated high-quality talent, who possesses more hands-on ability, problem solving ability and adaptability and actively participate in social division. The core of entrepreneurship education is to shape innovative spirit and creative ability and the purpose of it is to cultivate innovative talents and promote the transformation of higher education from a good exam-oriented education to quality education to meet talented people training requirements of the times. With the integration of global economy and the process of internationalization of higher education continuously pushed forward, competition for talent is increasingly international and competition for jobs is increasingly fierce. If institutions of higher are only to train students compete the existing jobs, it is impossible to cope with the challenges of global economic integration. Therefore, to carry out entrepreneurial education for colleges and universities to meet the current needs is urgent.In Western developed countries, entrepreneurship education for university students is a systems engineering to expand employment channels and to stimulate the enthusiasm of youth entrepreneurship.It is the direct driving force of one country's economic development. In China it started rather late and received wide attention since Tsinghua University held The First Students Business Plan Competition in 1998. But compared with foreign entrepreneurship education, ours is still in a start or bud stage. Currently, only a few experimental schools have such courses, without unified or authoritative teaching materials. At present, the domestic authorities for promoting entrepreneurship education are still in the stage of finding jobs for university graduates, having not been enhanced to the height of the country's economic development "driving force". Now there are a considerable number of colleges and universities in China carrying out entrepreneurship education through different forms, which provides a good platform and has developed entrepreneurship education to some extent. But on the whole, entrepreneurship education explores not systematically and deeply enough. It is a relatively new topic and there are still some problems to be solved.This paper takes students of science and engineering universities in Xi'an as investigation and study subjects, using questionnaires, in-depth interviews and other forms, to conduct a study of Entrepreneurship Education. Through these surveys, the necessity for entrepreneurship education is further confirmed. Students should establish their own creative sense, change their concept of employment, and make full use of the advantages of their knowledge, talent and technology to start a business. Current college students need access to entrepreneurship education. But because of national, social or school, or other reasons, they can't. So to some extent, the social condition for entrepreneurship education is still imperfect, at the initial stage.In light of the current situation and prospects for world education, the development of entrepreneurship education for university students is very necessary and urgent. Based on existing entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the transformation of educational concepts, the emphasis on students entrepreneurial awareness training, the establishing and perfecting the system of research, the construction of high-quality creative entrepreneurship education teachers, the practice of entrepreneurial activities, the base construction of practice platform, the creation of a good atmosphere for entrepreneurship education and other such measures are applied to solve practical problems in developing entrepreneurship education, which will act great importance for students to know the society, oneself, and employment situation correctly, to rightly understand the labor market situation, to form correct concept of careers and entrepreneurship. At the same time, it cultivates business sense and good psychological qualities in entrepreneurship of students as well as their self-reliance, self-reliance, self-confident and independent spirit and provides a theoretical basis for students to accumulate business knowledge, to conduct business practices and to improve their own entrepreneurial capabilities.
