A Study Of Cultivation Method Of Higher Vocational College Students' Abilities To Innovate And Start Up Business In New Era

Entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the slogans,“innovation_driven”,“starting up business by the public and innovating by peoples” and “made in China 2025”,become the voice of the times.To better achieve the goal of “the one hundredth year for the foundation of PRC and CPC”,it is necessary for a economic society to cultivate a large number of talents capable of innovating and starting up business.For a higher vocational college,aiming to cultivate the applied talents,it has always been the oriented principle to lead the students to meet the social demands.This educational method might satisfy the need for both students themselves and society temporarily,but,in the long run,it will not adapt to the development of a economic society which advances with the times.What is the solution? In the Chinese government report,Premier Li Keqiang offered the key,considering that the principles of“starting up business and innovating ” benefit promoting the ability to innovate and start up business,available to obtain employment,driving the conversion of energy from the old to the new.Thus,developing the education of the “innovation and starting business” to improve the students ability,is not only the inner dynamic for the social development but the intrinsic requirement of the reform of higher vocational education.It carries great significance for optimizing the teaching methods,enhancing students' consciousness and ability so as to adapt to the social development.Chapter One Introduction.It mainly introduces the research background and its significance,the reasons,relative concepts,research ideas and methods of this thesis.Chapter Two discusses the reasons of improving the innovation and starting up abilities of higher vocational college students including the necessity of personnel training,the need of national economic development,the requirement for the talents,and the policy guaranteed by government for cultivating the students' innovation and starting up abilities.Chapter Tree analyzes the problems and causes existing in the process of students' innovation in the form of questionnaires.It tries to find out the problems and to seek the ways to solve these problems in time.According to the reasons analyzed in the previous one,Chapter Four studies the ways in the process of cultivating students' innovation and starting up business abilities.Firstly,establish the philosophy of cultivating innovation and starting up business abilities.Secondly,build a well-constructed innovation and starting up business training system;Thirdly,optimize the environment for the cultivating innovation.
