With the enlargement of the college admissions, the employment of the graduates is becoming more and more prominent, and the entrepreneurship as a way of employment gradually gets the attention. Since 2010, the graduates mostly have been born in the 90s, instead of the 80s, some of whom choose the entrepreneurship. Then what are the factors which influences the students’ entrepreneurial decision-making of the 90s? The answer to the question provides some theory reference for the follow-up entrepreneurs. This article first definited the entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial decision-making, analyzed the personal characteristics of college students born in the 90s, and the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the entrepreneurship, as well as the entrepreneurial environment and the present entrepreneurial situation. Combined with the related documents, it presented the theory framework of the influencing factors of entrepreneurial decision-making. Based on the empirical research of Shaoxing college entrepreneurs and start-ups, it found out the specific influencing factors in the major categories of the personal characteristics and the entrepreneurial motivation, and the impact scores are relatively high; The impact scores of macro business environment and risk tend are relatively low; The highest score is the ego, and the scores of family background, political environment and achievement needs are relatively low. Combined with the research conclusion, this article finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of the individuals, the families, the colleges and the society.
