With the in-depth development of scientific research,it is the general trend for scientific research teams to cooperate in solving scientific research problems.However,there are still some problems in the internal and external cooperation of scientific research teams in Colleges and universities.From a practical point of view,the quality of scientific research partnership with the outside determines whether the scientific research team in universities can make full use of external scientific research resources in the era of "big science" to improve innovation performance.On the basis of reviewing and sorting out the literature on innovation performance of university research teams at home and abroad,this paper studies the impact of relationship quality between university research teams and external research partners on innovation performance from the perspective of relationship embeddedness.Firstly,the paper puts forward the conceptual analysis framework of relationship embeddedness of scientific research teams in universities.On this basis,the theoretical model of "relationship embeddedness-knowledge integration-innovation performance" is constructed and the corresponding theoretical hypothesis system is put forward.The relevant theoretical hypothesis is tested and put forward by means of interviews and questionnaires and empirical analysis with SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 software.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The conclusions and innovative achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Referring to the theory of relationship embeddedness,this paper puts forward the concept and connotation of relationship embeddedness of scientific research teams in Colleges and universities,and establishes a conceptual analysis framework of relationship embeddedness.From the perspective of relationship embedding,it enriches the research content in this field,provides the basis for theoretical analysis,and helps the further development of the management theory of scientific research team in Colleges and universities.(2)By synthesizing the research results on trust,information sharing and joint problem-solving,the internal structure model of relationship embeddedness of "trust-information sharing-joint problem-solving" is proposed,which reveals the structural relationship between the elements of relationship Embeddedness and the pre-variable attributes of information sharing and their influencing mechanism.(3)The theoretical model of "relationship embeddedness-knowledge integration-innovation performance" is established and the corresponding theoretical hypothesis system is put forward.The mechanism and influence path of relationship embeddedness,knowledge integration and innovation performance are analyzed,and the intermediary role of knowledge integration in the relationship between relationship Embeddedness and innovation performance is discussed.(4)On the basis of the above work,a questionnaire on the cooperation of scientific research teams in Colleges and universities is compiled.Samples are obtained through field interviews and questionnaires.Empirical analysis is carried out by using SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 software.The hypothesis is tested and explained.On this basis,clear conclusions are drawn and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the management of scientific research teams in Colleges and universities.The research ideas and conclusions in this part will contribute to the academic development in this area,and provide theoretical basis for the academic community to further explore the sustainable development of innovation performance of university research teams and strengthen the management of university research teams from the perspective of cooperative relationship construction and team knowledge management,and improve the existing elements system and its mode of action in the field of university research team management.
