The creation of school-based inspection is the objective needs of the school system,and also is the trend and fashion in the process of school self-development. School-based inspection,not only based on the modern school management theory,theories of educational supervision and school self-development, but also based on the research and analysis of the concrete practice of the modern school. "School-based management" requires school's monitoring system going to the "school-based",the functional of modern education supervision requires the changes in the supervision subject and object,evaluation to the "school-based" is the development trend of educational evaluation,independent development of schools requires schools to establish an internal mechanism for self-development. In addition,the gradual move toward school-based practice and exploration provides a practical opportunity for the development and improvement of school-based inspection. In view of this,the concrete practice in the school based on the exploration of research for the development of school-based inspection is a very meaningful problem. School-based inspection,as a practical exploration on the road of autonomous development of school,from another angle,is the product of school organizational change and mechanism innovation,has an important role in the development of the school's autonomous development.First,the first chapter of this paper dissertates the current situation and significance of the study,defines some fundamental conceptions,In addition, also introduces research program,including research objectives, research content, research methods and routes of the research. The second chapter focuses on the theoretical basis and relevant research related with this paper,including the school's autonomous development and school-based inspection. Chapter III,firstly introduces the basic situation of the school cases,and then analysis the cause of the school to implement school-based inspection.Based on the third chapter,the fourth chapter introduces the practice of school-based inspection,including:meaning and function of orientation,organizational structure and personnel composition,more running and so on. Based on the previous chapters,chapter V analysis effectiveness and problems of school-based inspection, then in the last chapter,proposes a complete set of recommendation to promote school-based inspection.
