China and South Korea as an influential country in the East has a long history of cultural origin, while in the economic, political, and cultural closely linked. In the education system, both the Confucian ideology as the basis for education, have attached great importance to the positive role of traditional educational thinking. Since the 1990s, China and South Korea in the economic, social, and education, have achieved unprecedented development, particularly in serving the education system and in-service education,progress in the development of theory, but the two in-service educational theories and practice the exploration and development models and ways there are differences. So,for China and South Korea-the-job education in the analysis of differences and diversity, to look into in-service teachers, and to highlight the importance of education in educational modernization, professionalization of the significance and value.In-service education as the implementation of the teaching task, improving education and the promotion of education and professional development in core areas. The formation of in-service education theory and theoretical development, through in-service teachers to practice and to promote further adoption of overt and hidden ways are penetrated into the in-service education system, ultimately for the promotion and realization of the modernization and standardization of education. Therefore, to understand the in-service teacher education theory and policy ideas, we further analyze China and South Korea in this regard the development of the theory and practice, as well as ways to explore the differences.This article first examines and analyzes the in-service teacher education in South Korea the current situation, describes the model and characteristics of in-service education, but also through the comparison between the two in-servie education, research and comparative analysis of in-service education, to systematically analyze the South Korean education priorities and learn from each other in theory and practice of mature experience. So as to bring China's in-service education in-depth thinking, both in theory and in practice to explore the way out for China's in-service education and resolving ideas.Finally, I hope to use the opportunity to service the Chinese paradigm of Educational theory and educational development of the subject of follow-up study.
