Many pre-teachers have strong willing to do well in educational technology,however,they do not know how to apply the educational technology in science,legitimate and normative way.The most important reason leads to this situation is that there is not a common sense positioning of educational technology during the long period.The unclear and controversy positioning of the educational technology caused it is hard to form a uniform,science and reasonable practice rule in educational technology.Without the rule,the professional educational technology employees would like to deal with their job in their own ways,which makes educational technology lacks of restriction.In order to assistance the pre-teachers in vocational school to carry out the science,reasonable and normative educational technology practice activity,and improving its practice skill,the research did some studies shown as below:(1)The author puts forward the view that educational technology is a kind of technical means to solve the problem of education and teaching.And then the author demonstrates the rationality of this research by collecting the opinions of some experts and scholars.(2)According to the philosophy of science definition of the problem,and Dingyi Lin's view of problemology,we defined the educational technology problem;(3)According to the typical cases of educational technology in Chinese and foreign countries,,the author puts forward a preliminary classification of Educational Technology;(4)The author explains the function of educational technology to practice;(5)According to the scientific philosophy methodology and activity principles,this paper puts forward the principles of educational technology practice activity;(6)Based on the analysis of the relationship between the problem,target and demand,the paper pointed out that the "problem oriented","goal oriented" and "demand oriented" of homogeneity and equivalence educational technology;(7)Based on the classification of educational technology problems,the author summarizes the general principles and patterns of the pre-service teachers' educational technology problems.(8)According to the basic principles and models of the secondary vocational school pre-service teachers' educational technology to solve the problem,the author designed and developed a series of quick model that suitable for the pre-service teachers' educational technology.(9)the author designed and developed the pre-service teachers' educational technology practice learning system to help them improving the practice skill quickly and efficiency in educational technology;...
