Changzhutan City Group In Hunan Province College Sports Facilities Development Study On Integrated Management

As an important material protection, the school stadium plays an important role in development of sports. However, until now, the research of organization and management which for the urban group of university's sports facilities are still relatively weak. In whole, it lacks good planning and construction management. What's more, it can not consistent with protection and management measures.In this thesis, the author take research to the College Stadiums in the integration of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan that provide the powerful basis on scientific management for the rational development, optimization, full use of the City Group College-Sports Facilities, which gives the successful experience reform in our College Sports of the Cities Group. Further more, it enriches the sport-building theory of urban group.The theory of literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, data statistics, and logical analysis were used in this thesis. We get the following conclusions base on a sports venues survey that conducted form 21 universities in the City Group:1. The colleges'stadiums in Changsha City are at a high level which laid a good foundation to share resources for the realization of the three cities. While Zhuzhou City's, Xiangtan City's are at a medium level compared with the Changsha. However, Zhuzhou City, Xiangtan City College Stadiums have good prospects on meet the teaching needs, conduct group activities and training high-level professional sports teams.2.50.5% of the university sports facilities open for their own students and teachers, of which 8 universities now open to the society. But there are 15 colleges and universities in the community sports have yet not open to society. The low utilization rate of Stadiums resources which give a great waste.3. During those university sport venues which have been open for the society, only 19.0% of their management provide with a membership card or apply for consumption in a single marketing, which can not create more economic benefits to the stadium. 4. 21 major college-stadiums in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan are in charged by schools and used by the Sports Departments. The Regulatory Agencies still lack understanding of the issue of physical investment, especially in Zhuzhou's and Xiangtan's, the use of universities venues resources are all far behind those in Changsha.5. In the implementation of policies and regulations of CZT sports facilities in colleges and universities,85% of the policies are in accordance with national laws and regulations, while only 15% of the university failed to comply with relevant regulations and policies.6. In the management of staffing on full-time managers for the stadium are not too high demands in sports facilities of CZT colleges and universities. They are at low levels of overall education, what's more, the age tends to be "aging" and they are lack of management conception.The author proposes the following opinions based on those management problems in College stadium in the City Group CZT:1. To establish a organization that consistent with the management of university sports facilities integration in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. And then to explore new models and new ways to break the situation of stadium management that has been cumbersome of the management, fall into a single channel and lose operate capital etc. for a long time.2. Bring abundant non-physical systems personnel to work in sports stadium operations management, and improve the management structure as soon as possible. At the same time, encourage the staff who are working now to get enough management training. Update the knowledge of existing personnel which lead the management positions change to the management and technical.3. The establishment of the policies and regulations that suitable for the development of university-sports facilities in the integrated management of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, so that the CZT's sports stadium can run into a virtuous cycle.4. Establish a regular funding operation, so that some of the University stadium in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan can be operated by the Sports Federation Operation. In order to bring maximum benefit to CZT integrated operation with a university stadium in accordance with the laws of market operation and competition orderly.5. The establishment of integrated management of the service system. For example, to run a club, provide one-card-for-all consumption system, and company with other activities which offer food and drink, rest, stalls and so on.
