In recent decades, organizational justice and commitment have been the focus ofthe field of organizational behavior. Domestic researchers have focused on this areas fordecades and the object of the research involved in various group of people.On the basis of reviewing and evaluating the previous research literatures at homeand abroad, this study chose the community workers as research objects,picked up theorganizational justice questionnaires from Liu Ya and the organizational commitmentquestionnaire from Ling Wenquan and selected the240community workers to finishthe questionnaire survey.It aimed to get the status of organizational justice andorganizational commitment of the community workers and to do further exploration ofthe relationship between the two variations.According to the conclusions,this paperproposed management recommendations to look forward to improving the sense offairness and organizational commitment of community workers to enhance themanagement efficiency of the community organization. The main conclusions of thisstudy are as follows:(1) In the background of this study, the organizational justice and organizationalcommitment questionnaire till have good reliability and validity; organizational justiceand organizational commitment of community workers generally are in lower-middlelevel.(2) The age of community workers, length of service in the community, maritalstatus and the average monthly income have a significant impact on organizationaljustice dimension; the level of education has a significant impact on of the sense ofprocedural justice dimension; genders has a significant impact on fair leadership andinformation justice dimensions(3) The age of community workers, education level, marital status, CommunityWork Experience and the average monthly income has a significant impact onorganizational commitment to each dimension; gender has a impact on affectivecommitment, normative commitment, ideal commitment and opportunity commitment.(4) Organizational justice and organizational commitment have a significantcorrelation to predict and explain the dimensions of organizational commitment and itsvarious dimensions. Based on the above findings,the status of community workers and possibleproblems, this paper provides some suggestions to,for instance,perfecting the systemof participation of community workers, setting up the subordinate communicationsystem and complaint system, establishing the scientific performance appraisal systemand fair remuneration system and building up rapport superior-subordinate relationship.
