Secondary School Teachers In Rural To Survive The State Of Empirical Research

Life education is the trend of today'educational field which emphasizes that the basis of education is life and education is the activity which should promote the quality of human being's life. With the advocacy of the life education today, we must pay attention to the life-growing of students and at the same time we must apply our mind to the survival and growth of the teachers. Because of China being an agricultural country and a wide range of rural education, the rural teachers are the biggest problems and greatest hopes in the reform and development about china' basic education. The rural teachers take a high proportion in national teachers, especially township middle school teachers. The rural teachers play an important role in the reform of the rural basic education, and therefore the living conditions of the rural teachers should be more concerned with.This study pay close attention to the living condition of the rural teachers and the underlying causes which is behind the living condition by using the perspective of education, educational psychology, educational management and so on. This study provides the strategies and ideas which should improve the living condition of the rural teachers.The conclusion of this study is the rural teacher's living state is better than before both inside and outside, but there are many factual problems. In addition to the matters arise from teachers own internal reasons, but also by the impact of external causes which include the social level, government level, school level. Accordingly, I propose the following recommendation which includes promoting the integration of urban and rural education; the implementation of students-based school administration to encourage scientific and professional education; to strengthen the main body of its own construction.
