Research On Present Situation Of"the Health Standard Of National Students"in Colleges Of Hu Nan' Province

"The Health Standard of National Students"is the regulative strategy in order to promote the development of physical health for students and encourage the students for more physical exercises, which is also the implementation of the education idea of"Health First". In the hope of understand and master the existed problems during the implementation of"The Health Standard of National Students"in Hu'nan universities, this study introduced the random selected physical health test result from 10 different Hunan universities as research object, and by using the method of documentary, questionnaire, interview and logical analysis, it analyze the implementation situation of Hu'nan universities from different angels (such as the students'understanding of the standard and the teachers'implementation of the standard,organization management and propaganda,) and combined with actual information. According to the problems which revealed in the analysis, this study gave several suggestions: universities should establish special administration group to make arrangement in a holistic point of view; the way to publicize the standard to the students should be varied in order to strengthen the idea change of the students and help them forming the ideology of life-time physical education; increase the investment on testing and improve the testing environment and equipment; regular training with the physical education teachers, promote their abilities which related to the testing procedure; university teachers should pay attention to develop the students'physical capacities in a holistic way during routine teaching sessions and teach them scientific method of exercises. All these above are in the expectation to provide certain theoretical foundation for the testing work of"The Health Standard of National Students"in Hu'nan universities.
