Since entering the new century, with the full implementation of steadilypromoting the education reform and quality education, as an important component ofChina’s basic education curriculum reform "sports and health" curriculum reform isbeing carried out throughout the country like a raging fire. In our country isadvancing the process of curriculum reform to "sports and health" as the representative,because of differences in the level of economic development, education, schoolconditions and other aspects, it is not possible to have a fixed and adaptive physicaleducation in different nations and areas of teaching mode. This article is based on thisbackground, the teaching of middle school physical education in Kanawha District ofthe Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Bayan Joy City as the research object, toexplore the implementation of "rationalization proposal system of physical educationand health curriculum standards" in the minority regions in China under the newsituation.In order to enhance the scientific, systematic and Countermeasuresmaneuverability, in this study will adhere to raise questions, analyze and solve theproblem of "three steps" paradigm, the comprehensive use of education, sports science,knowledge management and statistics and other subjects, focusing on theoreticalanalysis and the empirical research combined with qualitative analysis and quantitativeanalysis, the organic unity, problem analysis and countermeasure research in logicdesign, reference, on the basis of analysis and comparison are in the minority regions to put forward under the new situation in the policy of "sports and healthy curriculumstandard", mainly used in this paper the literature data method, questionnaire surveymethod, mathematical statistics, logic analysis method etc.. Overall, the main contentof this paper consists of six parts. The first part is the introduction, it is the theoreticalbasis of this study. The second part is the overview of physical education and healthcurriculum theory, which is the theoretical basis of this study. The third part of thequestionnaire survey research and design practice, it is the basis of the study in thispaper. The fourth part is the analysis of the results of a questionnaire survey, it is thefocus of this research. The fifth part is the conclusion of the study and suggestions, it isthe research results of this paper. The sixth part is a conclusion, which is the summaryof this study. Compared with the similar research, this research has explored theextremely important theory significance and the practical significance, mainly in thefollowing aspects, one is the research will be helpful for our country "sports andhealthy curriculum standard" and "sports and health" curriculum reform researchparadigm of innovation; two is studied in this paper to show our nation area highschool "sports and healthy curriculum standard" personality and characteristics; thethree is the research of this paper has further to our quality education and curriculumreform.
