Cohesion of class is a tendency or affinity of class member to their own class, which caused by class members after they've aquired psychic income from their class. It will be helpful to form good styles of class, study, and college, also provided certain theory basis to college education, if the cohesion of class has been studied.At present, most of researches about cohesion in China, were borrowed from western management theory to qualitative analyse. Results of quantitive analysis mainly foused on some target groups such as sports team or military team, but concern less college and class team as research targets. In view of the above, the article takes an empirical research method in pyscology to discuss the form of classes'cohesion based on the evaluation of college students, differences of cognition on cohesion of class among various types of college students and differences of characteristics among classes with various cohesions. Concretely, based on literature search and ended questionnaire survey, the procedure of the article is shown on the following. Collecting items of questionnaire; making the primary questionnaire; revising to form a formal questionnaire with methods of testing in adavance and project ananlysis; using exploratory factor analysis to get a structure model with five elements of cohesion of college class; using verifiable factor analysis to test models. The article also further discusses differences of cognition on cohesion of classes among various groups of college students, comparatively analyses the characteristics between strong centered-class and weak centered class, effect factors and approaches to enhance the cohesion.The results of research shows:1. Characteristics of classes'cohesion based on the evaluation of college students make up of five elements: organizational identification, management support, interpersonal concordance, group participation, and group achievement."The questoinare of cohesion of college class"have good reliability and validity, accord with requirements of metrology.2. Some obvious differences of the general characteristics of classes'cohesion based on the evaluation of college students and some individual elements existed on parameters of demology as gender, speciality, grade, and students'leader experiences. However, the obvious differences didn't exist on the places of families, records of studies and whether the only child in family.3. Some obvious differences between strong centered-class and weak centered-class existed on group achievement, interpersonal concordance, group participation, and management support, in which the main effect factors include the effect of class leaders and supervisor of a class, class communication and activity, the common goal of a whole class, harmony of class members, and good studying enviroment. There are some methods to enhance the cohesion of class as following: firstly, confirming the common goal of a class and the way to grow; secondly, exerting the leadership of class leaders and supervisor of a class; thirdly, systematically promoting various group activities, and encouraging students to attend different types of activities or competitions in the college or outside; forthly, forming a good learning enviroment to students.
