College Class Cadre Behavior On The Impact Of Classes’ Cohesion

The past research of influence behavior and cohesiveness focus on the enterprise groupor organization, with only some literature focusing on class cohesiveness,and regarding classas a group in the study. In this study,the paper draw previous results of influence behaviorand cohesiveness,and regard the class as an organization.In this paper,the class cadreinfluence behavior is defined as the class representatitive applying the influence power on hisclassmates for achieving the purpose of the class or himself. The class cohesiveness is definedas a condition of all the classmates inter-attraction and cooperation to realize their sharedvalue target.This paper is based on literature study,and interviewed others to work out an idealquestionnaire of class representatitive influence behavior and class cohesiveness.Based on thequestionnaire, this study also discussed the relationship amongst them.At the same time,Iconsidered the impact of grade and sex of class representatitive,but the result is notremarkable.And I will focus on the tendency to advise how to improve the class cohesivenessand encouraging the class representatitive.
