In chapter five has been researched measures on the difficulty of enroll students for the secondary vocational schools, from secondary vocational schools both inside and outside aspects proposed ten suggestions:1, the establishment of poly-Road Investment System; 2, optimization professional settings; 3, optimizing the teacher; 4, improving teaching quality; 5, strengthening employment education; 6, changing the concept of vocational education; 7, strengthening the enrollment management; 8 standardizing the management of biogenic work; 9, a fair competition mechanism; 10, optimizing the primary and secondary vocational curriculum.
