Study On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Enrollment In Secondary Vocational Schools

The secondary vocational education,which is foundation of vocational education,is an important part of the vocational education system,is an important base for training skilled talents.At present,there are great needs for skilled talents according to the adjustment of the national economic structures,the directions of the government and the development of the local regional economy.It is an important measure to expand the enrollment of secondary vocational education.However,the secondary vocational schools in Chifeng have to face the fact that it is too difficult to enroll new students.Students are the basis for the development of secondary vocational schools,they are also the lifeline of secondary vocational schools.The difficulties of enrollment is the root of all difficulties.It is also the root of the structural conflict of the labor market.Solve the problem of enrollment is necessary,It is not only the needs for the health development of the secondary vocational schools,but also the needs for the coordinated and sustainable development of social economy.Based on field investigation,We analyzed the present situation of enrollment for secondary vocational schools in Chifeng.Carry out research through the literature research,survey,interviews method.The secondary vocational schools have many difficulties in enrolling new students,We find there are four factors:the impact of traditional cultural ideas,the own factor of secondary vocational schools,the impact of employment,the impact of enrollment market.In order overcome the difficulties of enrolling new students,we put forward six suggestions:First of all,increase the publicity and change the traditional cultural ideas;Secondly,strengthen education reform and abandon educational basis;Thirdly,strengthen overall planning and optimize professional settings;Fourth,expand human resources and strengthen the construction of teachers;Fifth,improve the employment mechanism and promote student employment;Finally,regulate the order of enrollment and improve social identity.
