The national language curriculum implements should respect the culture diversity, the promotion culture permeability, through the inheritance of national culture elementary knowledge, raises the student national culture sympathy, national unity prosperous consciousness, pays great attention to the content use value, the educational value, the time value unification, adopts dynamic, multi-dimensional, the diverse appraisal strategy.
