A tendency, produced by students'from sensibility to action, is called psychology of biological study during the course of biological study. This psychology, including mainly five factors of students'sensibility, interest, volition, motive and the way of attribution, is the result and the retroaction of the course of study, and also determines the action of study.Now, the study of biology has an objective fact that there are some more or less problems in the high school students. In the teaching of biology, those present problems are inevitable and imperative to be resolved and their formative reasons are complicated and difficult to understand. Therefore, the institutions of biology and psychology all pay their emergent focuses on the research of the optimization of biological psychology of study.A questionary made by 600 high students based on the above mentioned five factors purposefully investigates the psychology of study in this disquisition. Depending on the analysis of the material, I discover that there some ill appearances of psychology of study, such as the devoid of sensibility, the lost of interest, the weak of volition, the imbalance of motive and the inappropriate of attribution. With other discourses'help, I work out the intrinsic and extrinsic factors which affect the psychology of study from two dimensionalities. The intrinsic factors include the level of episteme, the self-appraisement, the level of intelligence and the level of individual maturity; the extrinsic factors consist of three aspects, such as the influences of the circumstance, the manner of teachers'and the trainings and experiences.In allusion to the existing problems in the psychology of biological study, the author establishes a system of classification of badness based on three dimensionalities of excellence, unsteadiness and badness, and also the combination of the intrinsic and extrinsic aspects. Then the author selects three representatives as the cases to be researched and gets effective and expectable purpose. Eventually, we summarize a series of feasible methods on how to optimize the students'psychology of study depending on the characters the high school students'and the subject of biology.This discourse composes five parts. The first segment is the preface and dissertates the causes of the problem, the background of research, purpose, method and present status; the second part defines the concept of psychology of biological study and peculiarities of right psychology of study, with the help of the analysis of the related concepts; the third part has a investigation of the psychology of biological study and also makes a quantitative analysis on the above five factors, and then do summarize the present psychological status and the factors that influences the acquisition of biology of high school students; the fourth part expands the rang of the individual case and seeks for methods of optimization; the fifth part makes a conclusion on the operation of optimization, and also has a concise dissertation of the deficiency of the discourse and the prospect of the range of this research.Finally, in the point of the author's view, the mastery of the episteme is the foundation of the optimization of study, and its degree effects the formation of the confidence and sensibility of the experience of psychological study; the precondition of the optimization is the cultivation of interest and stimulus of study motive; in addition, the learner can be a real learner unless he has the study motive, especially the intrinsic motive; the guarantee of the psychological optimization is the correct attribution, which can stimulate proper self-appraisement and adjust the mentality; the main line getting through all the optimization is the cultivation of the ability of the volition, the volition of which is the imperative factor to sustain every optimization. Therefore, the five factors of psychology of study is mutual influences and cannot be separated.
