This paper is based on the process of development of art and science subdiscipline itself in our country, which hold a methodological pricinple.In the perspective of arts and science subdiscipline, the paper includs analysis and criticism of high school education value orientation in practice,on the basis of the analysis and criticism of high school education, the paper intnends to reconstruct the value orientation of high school and search for ways to realize the rational orientation of high school education value.The debate of art and science subdiscipline finally concentrates on how to realize comperahensive development of individual, this involves to the ordinary high school education training target and value orientation. The generation and develpoment of art and science subdiscipline is a history process. Since the establishing of modern middle school system in more than a hundred years ago, the debate about art and science subdiscipline has never stopped, but in different historical period, people will decide it based on the appeal of time, the needs of the country, the reform and development need of the people to decide the liberal points, so if you cannot see the liberal points over the past, it is difficult to understand exactly the debate on art and science subdiscipline now contains how many wishes of the forward. And with the development of art and science subdiscipline, high school value orientation are experiencing constant adjustment and reconstruction, the structure people's need and the change of social practice are the external power of changes of high school education value orientation. Education reform is limited by various factors, it is impossible to solve all problems in education level in prison, ordinary high school education exists among complex social relationships, the value orientation of high school education also has to consider various factors of the system, meanwhile, in the process of education reform, in order to foresee the future variety, it needs to have a broad future insight, and we must select a future in a wide range of opinions and possible ways.In a new social backgrounbe, the debate of art and science subdiscipline in different relationship fields are promoting education value orientation and education policy adjustment of high school education, and it will construct a future for high school education. Through settings of art and science subdiscipline to advance fully development of individual is a ideal wish, but the yearning cannot realize only in therotical level, but also in pratical level..The choice and pursuit of high school value oritation is dynamic, We should position the reasonble high school value orientation based on different period and real appeal of education. In the disputes of art and science subdiscipline, on the basis of reasonable positioning,we try to find a better way to promot the comperahensive development of individual.Ordinary high school education value orientation is a constant process of rationality, it is also a process to seek a comprehensive and differnces. In this process, there will be conflicts and integration, value orientation conflicts will have new forms and contents, and value integration is not only a historical task but also a continuous process.
