Study On Innovation Components Of Social Sports Majors And Training

With the decline of exam-oriented education,the quality education has become the center issuses of China's Education Reform in new century,and the core of quality education is innovative education.As the great success of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,the popular sports and the national fitness campaign make a great progress in China. The demand for creative talents of social sports is getting more and more,and the requirements is much more higher. Therefore, to cultivate and improve the innovation of social sports majors is not only the needs of our community,but also is an very important part in Chinese higher education reform.Firstly,this paper described the concept of innovation and the dynamic studies of innovation at home and abroad.And then,on the bases of innovation theory,the author proposed the componets of innovation of social sports majors.The results are as follows:Innovation is the dynamic force of people,it can produce new products and the core of its innovation is innovative thinking.The componets of innovation of social sports majors include:innovative ideas innovative learning ablity,innovative intellectual ability,innovative thinking ablity and innovative practice ablity.According to the components of the innovation,the author created a structure model of social sports majors.
