Reform and opening up for 30 years, China's economy has maintained a rapid, healthy and stable development, and it provided the solid economic basis for the development of the sports industry. China's accession to WTO, has further opende up China's sports market; and coupled with the success of our country to host the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, with the Olympic spring, China's sports market will achieve further development. As such, they all provide a broad space and a good opportunity for the development of the sports industry in China.Sports industry has become one of the sunrise industries of the new era of rapid development. And sports intermediary as an important part of sports industry, has highlighted its value in the development of sports industry. Sports intermediary organization as under the conditions of market economy is the new thing emerging from the shallow aquifer, and has become an important subject of sports business which plays an increasingly important role. However, generally speaking, the sports agent is an emerging, still in the developmental stage product of the socialist market economy. The development of sports medium is still relatively low, and compared with the further increase of people's demand for sports, and the rapid development of sports industry, the development of sports intermediary is obviously lagging behind,which will definitely affect the overall development of the sports industry, and even being a "bottleneck" of its development.Through reading tne papers published in China Academic Journal (CNKI) for the past 10 years related to sports intermediaries and brokers, summarizing other network data provided by China Sports Information Network (State Sports General Administration),China's sports agent networks and other provinces and cities Bureau website, the author analysed the external environment and internal environmental conditions of the sports intermediary organizations,and according to the problems existing in the environment, such as:sports administration and sports institutions to sports resource market monopoly monopoly sports agent formed by the market environment, laws and regulations are incomplete, imperfect sports agent industry self-regulation, social residents do not know the place of sports intermediaries and other external environmental issues, and sports brokerage business from personnel uneven quality of the overall low level; sports intermediary organizations main business is not clear, the lack of nurturing the brand brokerage business project planning; staff bodies unreasonable, the lack of physical agents and management professionals; brokers item is not on file, the lack of demonstration of the brokerage business, assessment and feedback, business philosophy lagging. The lack of long-term vision, lack of integrity in sports brokerage business, event brokers are adaptable, multi-sport is a one-time cooperation, intermediary organizations, business and operation of the internal state of the environment. And in accordance with the conclusion of the relevant data analysis and reasoning, the corresponding recommendations on the improvement of sports intermediary organizations operating environment are as follows:(1) To speed up the sports management concept system reform, to break the monopoly of sports resources(2)To speed up the legal construction and self-supervision and management mechanisms, and to improve the mechanism of sports intermediary market competition(3) Strengthen cultural and company contacts with local residents(4) Establish effective and feasible talent cultivation system,and accelerate sports brokerage professionals training(5),Starting from their own qualities, the intermediary organization management must be flexible and diverseImproving the internal and external environment of sports intermediary operation, to promote the rapid development of sports brokerage industry, and give full play to the sports intermediary organizations and optimize the allocation of resources, reduce the transaction costs and improve transaction efficiency. And break the "bottleneck" of sports industry, to promote the healthy and harmonious development of sports in China.
