Research On The Construction And Promotion Of Sports Habitat Environment In Dalian

With the continuous improvement of China's economy and urban living standards,the health needs of residents are also rising.The State Council has successively promulgated the "Outline of" Healthy China 2030 "" and "Healthy China Action(2019-2030)".The public's health consciousness has changed from "treating from the past" to "treating from the past".Cities are an important foothold for "Healthy China",and the achievements of a healthy city will be reflected in each specific city resident.For urban residents,the value of sports is reflected in the improvement of people's physical health,mental health and social adaptability;for cities,sports can promote economic,social,cultural,ecological and other aspects of common development.As a type of functional human settlement environment,the urban sports residential environment contains various environmental factors that are formed around the central purpose that is conducive to the realization of the sports behavior of urban residents,including two parts: the material level and the cultural level.Dalian City sports human settlements environment construction is still in the primary stage of development.On the one hand,although the per capita sports land has met the corresponding national standards for sports land,there are still problems such as lack of space convenience,unbalanced distribution of land,mismatch between supply and demand,imperfect site facilities,lack of surrounding configuration of sports venues,etc.;on the other hand,as a "famous sports city",Dalian has a mature urban sports event culture,but the city is connected Education culture pays more attention to the development of competitive sports and events,while the cultural construction of mass sports fitness is often ignored.This paper takes the construction of sports human settlements in Dalian as the research object,using the methods of literature,field investigation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,makes an in-depth study on the material construction and cultural structure of the urban sports human settlements in Dalian,and probes into the realistic foundation and development focus of the construction of urban sports human settlements in Dalian.It is found that:(1)in the process of urban planning and development,the important value of sports is ignored,the sports land is constantly occupied by other buildings,and the supply of public sports land facilities is facing a large gap.(2)The coupling degree of publicsports facilities and urban related resources is not high.Due to excessive dependence on institutional advantages,it lacks the sensitivity to market demand and the interaction with surrounding resources.(3)The unbalanced development of competitive sports and public participation affects the popularization of sports,and the cultural connotation of sports is difficult to form.(4)Due to the lack of physical and virtual sports system,social relations and sports organizations,the core value of urban sports culture deviates from its representation.To sum up,this paper gives the following suggestions:(1)build a co construction and sharing operation system led by the government.The government needs to coordinate the interest relationship among the main bodies,promote the combination of industry,University and research,and build an operation system of joint construction and sharing of the whole society.(2)Make up the material foundation of the construction of urban sports living environment.It is necessary to fully mobilize the idle land resources of the city,follow the principle of adjusting measures to local conditions and putting people first,and reasonably arrange the sports land facilities according to the development scale and trend of the regional population.(3)Strengthen the positive interaction between sports and city related resources under the guidance of the government.To strengthen the driving force of urban public sports facilities to the surrounding environment and regional economy,the government should play a role of link to promote the positive interaction of multiple resources.(4)Improve the cultural landscape and institutional arrangement of urban sports living environment.The government should improve the urban sports system,sports organization environment,build a bridge of sports social interaction,and guide social forces to jointly build a cultural system of urban sports human settlements.
