The Study On Development Strategic Of Xi'an Secondary Vocational School

Secondary vocational education is an important part of the national education system.Since the reform and opening up,the secondary vocational education has trained a large number of talents with "technical and practical" features for the community,industry and enterprise in order to develop knowledge and skills talents for the community.The study on vocational education development strategy meets the new demands of social and economic development.With PESL analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and the principal component analysis,this paper put forward the development strategic measures for the school through deeply analyzing the internal and external environment of the vocational school in Xi'an and combining Xi'an economic development as well as the school school characteristics.The first chapter is an introduction.It discusses the research background,significance and present situation,by reviewing a large number of relevant literature and summarizing and analyzing the domestic and international overview of the development of vocational education.It introduces research content,method and innovation.In the second chapter,It introduces the basic overview of the vocational school in Xi'an and school characteristics first.Then it uses PESL analysis method to analyze the external environment of the school,such as political,economic,social,and legal environment.At last,the competition of the school facing in the school development process is concluded.In chapter three,based on the introduction of Xi'an vocational school management mechanism,it deeply analyzes the internal environment of the school,mainly including:the development of strategic planning,management systems,moral education management,teacher management,student management,infrastructure construction of school management capabilities,teacher,teaching quality of teachers,as well as professional settings,school-enterprise cooperation,enrollment and employment situation.On the basis of the above,in chapter four it put forward strategic target,summarizes the opportunities and threats of the external environment facing the school,the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment,conducts SWOT situational analysis and evaluation,and makes a strategic choice of the school development.In connection with the strategic choice,it formulates strategy implementation measures in the fifth chapter by strategic goal's resolution.The paper concludes the writing thoughts and the strategic research significance of the vocational school in Xi'an.It put forward the possible deficiencies for the school development strategic research with the methods and means in the paper.
