The Behavior Of College Teachers Moral Influence On Students

"Education plans, teacher-centered." College teacher is the owner of knowledge, is also the creator and disseminator of knowledge. College teacher's behavior directly affect the state's higher education as the state promotes innovative, specialized personnel of the target which could be achieved. Therefore, the standard behavior of university teachers is of vital social meanings and have an important issue of China's higher education and college teachers building currently. This study aims to improve the moral behavior of college teachers as a whole to provide the theoretical analysis and policy advice.Through the university system and mechanisms to stimulate reform and improve the good behavior of college teachers, administrators counselors and other university staff. And this good behavior can guide, promote and enhance student moral realm and behavior,in order to have a salutary and lubricant effect.This paper is divided into four parts:the first describes the relevant definition of the concept, background and significance of topics and ideas and methods of research papers; the second part, describes the current status of university college teachers in behavior; the third part analysis the current behavior of college teachers and the causes of problems; the fourth part focuses on the behavior of college teachers in universities, strengthening the ideological and moral education by proposed measures, this part is the focus of this article.
