Since the 80's in the last century in the field of moral psychology, moral identity as an effective dynamic mechanism of moral behavior has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad. The research on moral identity and the action mechanism of moral identity to moral behavior is also more mature. But the study of moral behavior on the role of moral identity is almost in a blank state, only less scholarly pay attention to the possibility of a two-way effect relationship between the them, but the lack of support of empirical research.. In this study, we first sort out the relevant literature on moral identity and moral behavior. Under the guidance of Marxist viewpoint of practice and Blasi's theory of moral identity motivation, we analyze the relationship between them and the cultivation mode.Then, the college students' moral identity and moral behavior of college students scale are used to analyze the current situation and characteristics of College Students' moral identity and moral behavior. And through the regression analysis to verify the existence of the two reversible two-way relationship, and finally according to the results of the research, put forward to improve the moral quality of College students. The main results of this paper are as follows:1 status quo of College Students' moral identityThe overall level of College Students' moral identity is high, the average score is 3.93, which is in the middle of the 5 point scale. The results of the paired sample T test show(t=7.65, p<0.01),that the explicit and implicit dimension of moral identity of college students is significantly different, and the implicit dimension is significantly higher than the outside dimension.2 status quo of College Students' moral behavior.Descriptive statistical analysis showed that the overall level of College Students' moral behavior is good, but the specific aspects of the development is not balanced, especially the lowest score of learning behavior, and the results show that different gender, professional college students in the overall moral behavior and the seven dimensions of the score is not significant difference. However, there are significant differences in the individual dimensions of moral behavior in grade, students, volunteer service experience and the experience of cadres.3 the relationship between moral identity and moral behavior of College StudentsThe regression analysis showed that there was a reversible two-way effect relationship between College Students' moral identity and moral behavior. Implicit and explicit moral identity of these two independent variables explained 33.4% of the variance of the overall moral behavior; the total score of moral behavior and love behavior can be combined to predict 36.4% of the variance of moral identity.The relationship between moral identity and moral behavior is an important relationship in moral practice. In the practice, the two is reversible and the direction is different under different conditions. The influence of Moral identity to Moral behavioris a general process from the inside out,the influence of moral behavior tothe moral identity is a special process from outside, depending on a series of conditions and individual hard self persuasion and change. These two kinds of influence paths are different in nature, influence is not equal, but the same as the important way to improve the individual's moral quality, therefore, in the practice of moral construction, moral education in Colleges and universities should pay attention to the deepening of moral identity and moral behavior, and pay attention to the mutual influence and change of the two factors:On the one hand, we should improve the moral self consistency level, strengthen students' sense of moral responsibility, pay attention to the integration of moral education and subject education to deepen moral identity;On the other hand, we should increase the opportunity of moral practice, and coordinate the development of moral behavior, to improve the level of moral behavior.
