Teachers and students’ interactive speech act in classroom is the importantcontent of classroom teaching. A good teachers and students’ interactive speech actcan promote the communication between teachers and students and optimize theclassroom teaching quality. What’s the teachers and students’ interactive speech act inclassroom? What are the problems of teachers and students’ interactive speech act inideological and moral classroom? And what is the effective resolution strategydirected against the problems of teachers and students’ interactive speech act inclassroom? With these questions, Through interviews and field-observation, thisresearch will use Flanders interaction analysis system as a research tool to study allstudents and the ideological and political teacher on eighth-grade class in XK middleschool.This research analysis the problem and critical influences of teachers andstudents’ interactive speech act in classroom in XK middle school from Flandersinteraction analysis matrix, classroom language interaction between teachers andstudents ratio statistics, language classroom teachers and students language ratio ofdynamic curves.To improve the quality of XK middle school moral character teachingto provide feasible suggestions.The research results show that XK middle school moral character class theproblem of language interaction between teachers and students in teachers unable toaccurately evaluate the opinions of the students, the teacher ask attaches greatimportance to the closed questions, ignore the open questions, teachers teaching timeis too long, poor initiative of students to answer the question, students discuss thequality is not high, outstanding classroom without effective language situation, etc.Impact XK language interaction between teachers and students of middle schoolmoral character class factors include school teaching resources, teaching mode, theteaching idea obsolete, old school teacher’s teaching ability insufficiency, the studentslack of initiative and ability is limited.In XK middle school moral character class language interaction between teachers and students to solve some problems strategies as follows: the opinions of thecomprehensive evaluation of students, teachers ask questions open questions, teachingtime, teachers guide students actively to answer the question, improve the quality ofthe students to discuss, stimulate students interest in language interaction.
