Lot of investigation and research shows that teachers are burnout, one of the high-risk population. Researchers generally at home and abroad agreed that burnout is an extreme response that teachers can't successfully cope with the job stress,and it is a prolonged response to chronic emotional and interpersonal stressors on the job.Higher Vocational Education charged with the development of national high-level technical personnel of the mission, and its development has received considerable national, social and related sectors concerns. Vocational institutions in the development of vocational education teachers play a vital role, so the research of this group of vocational teachers, occupational status and relevant information is extremely necessary.Through the research and interview of job burnout situation of vocational colleges' teachers in nine schools of Nanchang area, the writer gains the first information about it,During this process, the writer sents out 490 questionnaires totally,of which 460 were to be effective.Then,the writer analys the valid data by SPSS software,and draws the conclusions:1,The average score of emotional exhaustion of 460 vocational colleges' teachers in Nanchang area is 2.8188,standard deviation is 0.70643;the average score of depersonalization is 2.1062, standard deviation is 0.72953; the average score of accomplishment is 2.6127, standard deviation is 0.75134; the average score of job burnout is 2.5125, standard deviation is 0.58052.2,by the way of multiple examinations,the writer finds (1) the degree of job burnout of the teachers in private colleges is lower than the teachers in state-run colleges. (2) the degree of job burnout of male teachers is higher than the female teachers. (3) the degree of job burnout of the teachers with medium professional title is obviously higher than other teachers. (4) the degree of job burnout of the teachers with bachelor degree or above is obviously higher than other teachers.3,The factors of the macro, meso and micro aspects can be included in the causes of job burnout of vocational colleges'teachers in Nanchang area.4,The job burnout of vocational colleges'teachers in Nanchang area has a negative impact on teachers theirselves in vocational colleges, vocational colleges and vocational education.5,The job burnout of vocational colleges'teachers is an objective fact,but it can be alleviated through appropriate measures.On the basis of investigation and research,the writer proposes relevant solutions.
