With the quickening pace of modern life and the increasing professional competition, job burnout issue has aroused concern among all walks of life. Job burnout has a series of symptoms related to work and it is usually considered to be the depression in work and the delayed-reaction by interpersonal stresses. The existing studies have shown that people who suffer from job burnout have lower psychological health level. They are lack of concentration, quick-thinking, personal accomplishment, confidence, and working efficiency. They pay little attention to their working objects, and they are always low in spirits. They have very little sense of working accomplishment. Teachers'job burnout is one of various kinds of job burnout. Teachers'job burnout is the extreme psychological reaction to the failure in effectively handling working stresses and it is the emotion, attitude and exhausted status result from long-term and high-level working stresses. Teacher, with its vocational characters as serving and helping others, has been one of the occupations which suffer great stresses. Thus, teachers have gradually been high-risk occupation of job burnout.This study has carried out a wide survey of about 200 teachers in vocational colleges in Huzhou, Jiaxing and Hangzhou with International Teachers'Job Burnout Questionnaire. Results of the survey show that vocational college teachers suffer job burnout at some degree. According to the results of the questionnaire survey, firstly I combined qualitative and quantitative research, and understood and analyzed the reasons of job burnout among vocational college teachers of Zhejiang Province at present. Then, I had an in-depth thinking of psychological problems of vocational college teachers from the aspects of Principles of Management, Organizational Behavioral Science and Psychology. Finally, I proposed the management counter-measure to vocational college teachers'job burnout from the aspects of government, society, college and individual, combining with the status in quo in Zhejiang Province.The purpose of this study is to find favorable interference with teachers'job burnout, to provide relevant counter-measures to relieve and prevent vocational college teachers'job burnout. This study has certain reference significance in protecting and promoting mental health of vocational college teachers, in helping teachers to controlling stresses, in improving teachers'teaching level and in promoting the healthy development of vocational colleges.
