Teaching is the central work in school. Management level of school teaching will directly affect the quality of teaching. To evaluate the management of teaching with scientific methods and make the evaluation optimizing reasonable will effectively promote the level of teaching management.In the traditional evaluation of teaching management, the evaluation executer always focused on the holistic evaluation but not each essential factor in teaching, the classification of evaluation index was always lack of scientific analysis, the process of weight value setting was more or less influenced by personal taste, the process of extraordinary correlation of index was not fully reasonable, all the causations above lead to weak objectivity and reliability of evaluation result, and further influence the reasonable decision-making of education office and officer.Scientific multivariate statistical analysis is adopted in this thesis to research the synthesis evaluation problem of teaching management. By using factor analysis to analyze the combined inspection statistical data of teaching management in a certain education bureau finds the PCA of each statistical index, and the paper gives particular evaluation of teaching management which each PCA represents, a new synthesis evaluation model is generated based on the squared difference contribution ratio of each PCA, synthesis evaluation result based on the synthesis score is more impersonal and more actual which can offer scientific foundation for education office and officer to make reasonable decisions. New measurable table of evaluation based on the new classification method obviously precedes the traditional measurable table of evaluation by factor analysis.Research represents that the evaluation scheme established by using scientific methods under the supervision of correct subjective thought is impersonal and feasible, and could be used for supervising teaching management and making decision correctly.
