The function of university has four major functions: personnel training,scientific research,cultural heritage,social services.The teaching activity is the foundation and core of university education,teachers "preaching tuition FAQ" is its responsibility,and students' education process,the knowledge transfer process and talent growth process are through the curriculum system to organize and complete.Therefore,it is practical and professional to strengthen the study of elective course.The new requirements of Wuhan Sports Institute table tennis elective course in the new period is facing a new task,but also facing new opportunities and new challenges,the existing problems,I think the following points should be as a breakthrough to analyze and solve:(1)focus on the development of students,emphasizes the cultivation of ability to adapt to modern society needs;(2)emphasizes the integrated curriculum,pay attention to the mutual integration between disciplines;(3)into the standard of curriculum evaluation in curriculum;(4)reflect the curriculum reform era and forward-looking vision;(5)emphasizing the "educational function",moral education.In order to promote the Wuhan Sports Institute table tennis elective course teaching,the table tennis elective course teaching effect and quality as the research content,through the questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other methods to determine the impact of Wuhan Sports Institute table tennis elective the teaching effect is mainly six factors: Teachers' curriculum factors,teaching materials factor,condition factor,motivation factor,environment factor,teaching learning factor.Through the further analysis of 6 main factors to obtain the characteristics and rules of each factor.The dominant factor in the function of the teachers of teachers' curriculum from skills to facilitators of students' development,this study has a great role in promoting the enthusiasm of the students;teaching material information provided in the textbook generally factor old age should be advanced and perfect the curriculum content;its condition factor of middle school students' physical fitness is generally poor,should strengthen the construction of special physical quality of students;desire for performance skills and motivation of the students is the main motivation of students' learning of table tennis,but the objective factors also largely affect the students' learning motivation and learning effect factor;school teaching environment,class table tennis learning atmosphere for students' learning effect greatly,at the same time should improve practice The quantity and quality of the site;in addition to the classroom learning factor in practice,effective time and the number of training exercises on students' great influence,at the same time,practice notes factors of each class in diary form to form students' learning,but only a few students can implement.To sum up the six leading factors are unified,but also unique,interactive at the same time and mutual restraint,seeking common development.From the teaching principles,training principles,project rules,teaching software and hardware to improve the combination of high school teaching to improve the effectiveness of teaching for the purpose of the use of scientific research,literature,data statistics and practical observation,theoretical and practical guiding ideology to enhance Teaching quality and quality of personnel training.
