A Study On University Campus Crisis Management Based On Project Management

Since the reform and opening-up policy, major changes have taken place in our social structure. With the rapid development of economy, China has entered a period in which crises happen frequently. Colleges and universities are also facing the more and more complicated external environment. As the reform of the institutions of higher learning goes on, colleges and universities meet more factors of uncertainty in the course of development. Chinese colleges and universities are facing the challenge of crises too. The college crisis events would threaten the normal order of school work. If there are no effective measures to control the college crisis events, the problem will be worse. The college crisis events can destroy the normal order of teaching and scientific research and damage school’s prestige, even affect society stable.Since the16th National People Congress of Communist Party of China, harmony social proposition has been unprecedented attention. Building harmony colleges have become one of the demands of the goal. To build a harmonious campus should first eliminate the crisis and avoid the dangers:harmonious campus should be a safe one. Security and stability of the campus environment is the premise to protect the normal education and teaching activities. Building a harmonious campus should take two steps, the first step should eliminate campus crisis, the second step should establish the campus culture, for building a high-level system. Resolving the campus crisis which build a harmonious campus’s primary program, eliminate crisis that is the ultimate goal to build a harmonious campus. Resolving the campus crisis can not be separated from the theory of crisis management and management of ideological and political education as the guide. Research on campus crisis have enriched the content of the theory of crisis management, so that is no longer to confine in business and enterprises management, even public management, and get involved in a new area of research. At the same time it can also help expand research space and objects to the management of ideological and political education, and it can effectively promote the construction of harmonious campus.In this paper, starting from the real problems, through reading extensive literature, learn from foreign experience and the survey methods deeply study on campus crisis. Summarize the content, characteristics and types of the campus crisis. At the same time, combined with project management method, we put forward based on the project management of campus crisis management system design, including the prevention-warning system and emergency disposal system, and in the conclusion and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
