China is a multi-ethnic country. Due to its history and a number of other factors, regions differ in the education development, especially in the educational level of minority ghettos, which is in a relatively long-term backward situation. In Guizhou Province, there live more than 20 ethnic minorities. However, due to the long closed state of the region's economic development, which was slow, now the development of education is very backward. However, basic education is the most important. The teachers'occupational well-being is inhabited by an important prerequisite for education, teachers' occupational well-being is the effective means to promote the positive attitude among the teachers of the minority ghettos.In this paper, the primary school teachers of Wuchuan Gelao neighborhood in Guizhou Province are for the survey. I use the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire and interview to analyse their occupational well-being and the influencing factors so as to find ways to improve Gelao neighborhood primary school teachers' occupational well-being.The major findings of this paper:The occupational well-being of primary school teachers in Guizhou Wuchuan Gelao neighborhood is in the middle and upper levels of the status in general, but happiness is being showed a sign of abating. Sense of occupational well-being of primary school teachers and teachers'own education level was negatively correlated; teachers'wages are in high-impact to the well-being; male primary school teachers'occupational well-being is lower than women's; The school organization and management system, school leaders approval, the school environment and colleagues' relationship have a certain influence on well-being of their career.Occupational well-being of teachers is the key to further enhance the quality of education in minority areas, especially the occupational well-being of primary school teachers. The State should adopt positive measures to encourage university students to join the education of minority areas; community must have a reasonable expectation on the role of teachers; further improve the teachers'rights and interests of his career in security mechanisms and improve the level of employment of teachers; schools should establish a scientific sound evaluation system, improve school management and leadership qualities.For-teachers: "Teachers should improve their professional knowledge and teaching ability to promote their own growth and gradually develop the teaching practice to appreciate happiness; establish good communication channels among students, parents and school leaders.
