Teacher occupational injury refers to the various injuries that teachers receive in engaging in professional activities related to education and teaching.Teacher professional injury will not only have a serious impact on the professional development of teachers,but also on personal life,and will also affect the growth of students and the development of schools,which will affect the healthy development of the entire education industry.Research on the occupational injuries of primary and secondary school teachers is of great practical significance for teachers' personal physical and mental health and professional growth,and for the healthy development of national education.This study used the questionnaire survey method to investigate the primary,middle and high school teachers in five cities in Shandong Province,focusing on the status of occupational injuries among primary and secondary school teachers,the influencing factors of primary and secondary school teachers' occupational injuries,and the primary and secondary school teachers' occupations under specific factors.Research on the relevance of injuries and other issues.It is found that male teachers receive more occupational injuries than female teachers in terms of gender variables;in terms of age variables,older teachers receive more occupational injuries than younger teachers;in terms of marriage variables,the occupation of married teachers The degree of injury is significantly greater than that of unmarried and divorced teachers;in terms of academic variables,the higher the degree of education,the lower the degree of occupational injury.Based on the above survey results,the interviews were used to conduct in-depth research on the status quo,influencing factors and preventive measures of some primary and secondary school teachers and principals on the occupational injuries of primary and secondary school teachers.The results show that the causes of occupational injuries among primary and secondary school teachers mainly include the following aspects: teachers face professional pressures to meet multiple role requirements and expectations,leading to self-contradictions and conflicts;teachers face responsibility,work accidents,occupational diseases,etc.A crisis of occupational risk;teachers frequently communicate with students,parents,colleagues,and leaders because of their professional needs,are vulnerable to contact from the subject of communication,face the complexity of professional interpersonal relationships;cognitive biases to teachers' professions,and teachers Excessive expectations are likely to lead to occupational injuries among teachers;schools and the state do not pay enough attention to teacher rights and teachers' career security.The measures to prevent occupational injuries of primary and secondary school teachers mainly include the following aspects: teachers should grasp the role orientation,learn to adjustment;strengthen teachers' occupational risk prevention and control awareness,reduce the occupational injuries of primary and secondary school teachers;establish a good teacher profession Interpersonal relationship network,to avoid teachers being harmed by the subject of communication;correct recognition of teacher profession,reduce teacher occupational stress;increase the emphasis on teacher rights and career security,implement various teacher welfare policies,implement "teacher assistance program",reduce The objective conditions for the occurrence of occupational injuries of teachers promote the professional growth of teachers.
