Behavioral economists and psychologists increasing pay attention to explore the psychological mechanism in the behavioral game, at the same time; numerous studies have proved that game decision making is effected by such as trust irrational factors. The study is to reveal trust of undergraduate how to impact game decision-making and classified strategies of decision making in order to reveal their psychological mechanisms and regularity. So that it can to enrich and extend the study of trust game, and provide the basis and reference of improving undergraduate decision-making and social adaptation ability.This study has two main parts; one part is through the interpersonal trust scale (ITS) to investigate current situation trust of university students, as well as every dimension of difference. Second part is to adapt the classic paradigm of trust game, through the action of experiments to investigate the different level of trust, gender and arts and sciences how to affect the choice of game decision-making.Comprehensive Interpersonal Trust Scale and trust game behavior of experimental results, the key conclusions are:1. The trust of Students is above the middle level of trust slightly, trust of freshmen is significantly higher than other grades. Gender did fifer from the level of trust.2. There are five investment strategies of university students, namely, the pursuit of profit-based, rational investment-oriented, adventure-based and trust-based. The level of trust in the trust-based strategy group significant difference. academic nature did fifer from of the investment strategy , while the gender was not significant 3. The amount of investment is5.94,the most students to take this strategic is for avoiding risks.4. There are two strategies of Students return, namely are returning of the trust and reciprocity-based benefits. Level of trust, gender academic nature of the return strategy is not significant.5. Gender did differ from the rate of return, girls of the rate of return is much higher than boys.6. There are four strategies of Students rate return, namely, a fair strategy, return on the trust strategy, distribution according to work and long-term interests of the type. Most students take is a fair strategy. Level of trust, gender, and academic nature did not of significantly of return strategy.
