Research On The Administrative System In Nine-year System School

Nine-year system schools in China began in Shanghai in 1980s. According to an incomplete statistics, there are more than 10,000 nine-year system schools in China now. Recently, nine-year system schools attract many experts and scholars'attention. Many scholars began to make research on nine-year schools for the school model, teacher management, curriculum integration, and have achieved some fruits. However, up to date, there are few scholars dedicated to research the school management system of nine-year system school. On the author's opinion, the reform of administrative system in nine-year schools is very important for long-term development of nine-year system schools.The school management systems here include the school leadership system, the organization of the school, the school system innovation, and the change of school personnel.We believe that the research on the reform and practice of nine-year school management system has important theoretical and practical significance on the further promotion of quality education and basic education curriculum reform,This article discussed the reform and practice of the nine-year school management system by three chapters:the status and problems of Nine-year school management system, the causes of the problems of Nine-year schools management system, the suggestions to the nine-year school management system.Countermeasures are suggested to expect more inspiring effect on the reform and development of nine-year system school based on the situation describe, the problem reveals and cause analysis through surveys, interviews and other research methods, on the basis of the work experience of Nine-year school management system of Hi-tech District School in Chengdu.
