Academy of Ancient China, as cultural and educational organization since the Tang Dynasty to build-up by Chinese intellectuals, experienced thousands of years, which had completed the official Schools and private schools, and lead to both non-governmental and governmental attention. It spread scholarly pursuits and ideology and culture, as the same time, educate a lot of intellectuals who had high level of knowledge. This paper deals with the reasons of Academy of Ancient grew up, including societal and cultural from perspective of communication, based on the data of intellectuals activities in the academy to analyse the communication model of Academy of Ancient, Containing " interpersonal communication based on teaching and receiving", "collection of information engraved on the book summary and diffusion," " symbols worship and symbol consumption about offer sacrifice " and " the demonstration and transplantation of External Communication ". In the process of the cultural transmission, it is a research about the Chinese scholar class differentiation and the College will have some properties with the "public domain". The main research method of this paper is the fundamental theory of communication, according to the existing historical data.
