Ancient academy is a educational services that have provide property research, teaching culture accumulation,reviews current affairs in one.Which is the form of educational services in ancient,it is the ancient education development to the certain historical stage of the product. Ancient academy advocated by ancient authorities.Gentlemen and people live in the same country participate actively. It has collecting books,worship confucian sages gather excellent teachers teach students and give lectures to them as well as talents gathered,yet comments on the current politics. Ancient academy and schools training for people who have passed xishi and prepare for the exam of fushi and yuanshi in order to cultivate a great number of outstanding talents for society. Some successful person in their career are all come from college of Linfen areas have created a highly civilization in old times and there are full of strong social academic atmosphere. In this paper, on the basic of regional historical data, take the college of Linfen areas as the object of research.Analysized and summarized to have a whole grasp and basic understanding of ancient academy. Ancient academy and sort development of ancient college in Linfen areas show the general situation of the college and presents the history of it.The ancient academy are infancy in Linfen areas in Yuan dynasty,it develops quite slowly and there are only four colleges in that time,officialization academy helps to reduce the resistance in the process of development of academy. The number of the colleges in Linfen areas in Ming dynasty are increased.In total,there are19colleges. However,some remote country are also create college but uneven distribution and meanwhile it was vulgarized development of college during Qing dynasty towards maturity and reach peak.and the number has reached37.In the Qing dynasty, the ancient academy was completely under the government policy of culture and education system.Thus it become the dependency of the exam system. At the end of Qing dynasty in Linfen area under the trend of Xixuedongjian it begins to reform and entered into modernization.To research the college of Linfen and learn the school-running characteristics,operating modes. Management are in charge of mountain director,it has advantage of simple structure and high efficient management. There are two kinds of teaching methods teach. One is teach, the other is test.The way of study are arranged in good order it take the way of self-study and mutual dialogue to improve the scholars. There are various channel of funds. The authorities are make their effort to raise the fund.They take priority to teach with this fund.And they make proper management for it. The other functions of Linfen ancient academy is to collect many books and purchase a lot of books in order to enrich knowledge of students and teachers. Ritual worship is the most important part of the academy.The ancient academy in pursuit of the harmony between human and nature,the place are remarkable and produce outstanding people which create a good learning of atmosphere, pursuit integrate of learning travling and collecting.The building structure are uniform, layout are regular and complete which is full of human characteristic,the development of college cannot without the support of social stratum of human material and financial resources.At that time,they caltivate a large number of qualified talents for society,improve people’s moral accomplishment. And changed the social morality as well.
