To accept education in the school is an important way and one way for allmankind to heritage culture. Education in School can promote civilization of students,cognitive ability of science, happiness and satisfaction, etc.China’s economic structure, in recent years, is in the constant change. Thenational support to vocational education is also increased. Great attaches andvigorously support have been especially given to secondary vocational school. And alot of preferential are given both in policy or funds. Under this trend, the developmentof vocational education has made remarkable achievements and entered into the stageof rapid growth.However,7-years teaching experience in the secondary vocational school revealsthat compared with the found and vigorous trends in the environment of vocationaleducation, students’ learning status in secondary vocational school is not optimistic:behaviors contradict with learning activities such as coming late, leaving early,skipping classes, sleeping in class, and playing mobile phones are all commonphenomenon in secondary vocational school. This state not only affects progress ofstudents’ academic performance, but also makes students form the negative cognition.And their future developments are all affected. Education workers should payattention to this kind of phenomenon.Domestic and overseas scholars’ researches on learning burnout and influencingfactors are mainly concerned with college students’ learning burnout, while littleattention is paid to secondary vocational school students. Secondary vocationaleducation is an important constituent in our country high school education because itshoulders the important task of training hundreds of millions qualified and skilledworkers’. But the study situation is not optimistic among secondary vocationalstudents. If the situation and related factors of secondary vocational school students’learning burnout can be timely found out, the students’ learning status can beobjectively grasped, beneficial to further actions to promote the healthy developmentof secondary vocational education.PurposesTo learn the learning burnout situation of master secondary vocational school students and analyze the influencing factors of secondary vocational school students’learning burnout.To explore strategies to improve the learning situation of secondary vocationalschool students.MethodThe present research adopts the method of whole flock sampling. Withquestionnaires of secondary vocational school student’s general condition, scale ofteenagers learning burnout and questionnaires of factors about secondary vocationalstudents’ learning situation, a survey of learning burnout and related factors will beconducted among1013students in a secondary vocational school in Changchun.Data will be collected with Excel2007and double entry check will be adopted.The SPSS17.0statistical software will be used in data processing and statisticalanalysis. The main statistical methods used include:(1) the descriptive analysis:percentage terms used in material counting and standard deviation will be used inMeasurement.(2) The inferential analysis: with α=0.05as inspection level to have at test or single factor analysis of variance on measured data.Study results:(1)Certain degree of learning burnout exists among students of the secondaryvocational school been studied. Scoring was ranked from high to low: physical andmental exhaustion dimension, low sense of accomplishment dimensions, dimensionsof academic alienation.(2)Among the foundation information factors, such factors as grade, major,student source, growing situation have influence on students’ learning burnoutsituation.(3)Among related influence factors, factors influential to the situation oflearning burnout are as follows: factors of school (grades, professional differences,teachers, learning environment, curriculum);factors of family (the source of students,development);factors of individual (for professional recognition, their own emotions,self learning situation cognitive).Conclusion:(1) Certain degree of learning burnout exists among students of the secondaryvocational school.Scoring was ranked from high to low: physical and mental exhaustion dimension, low sense of accomplishment dimensions, dimensions ofacademic alienation.(2) The specific influencing factors:①School factor: major setting, curriculum arrangement, teaching quality andstudent learning environment are important factors that affect the learningburnout state of students.②Family factor: the concern degree of the parents on the children and thechildren’s growth environment are the factors affect their learningburnout.(3) Their own factors: students’ recognition degree of their majors, the emotionalfactors of the students as well as awareness of their own learning state are factorsaffect their learning burnout state.Intervention measures:Strengthen school hardware and software construction, enhance the concerndegree of the family members on students, and improve students’ recognition degreeon their majors and learning states.
