In the promotion of quality education and under the background of new curriculum reform, only teaching is not enough for the education reform of senior high school stage.Moreover it also meets the need for management model of innovative education .The existing management training classes train the students,most of whom lack self-awareness, sense of innovation,their sense of responsibility and the team awareness of the missing issues,mainly due to the lack of humanistic care in China's traditional class management models,which ignore the students in their growth process of humanity. In this paper, class humanistic management model is briefly discussed , based on the new curriculum reform of senior high school stage ,the current process of quality education and the work of the first teacher on reality, through the study of Marxist theory, Maslow demand for the five-level theory, Drucker's theory of objectives management, using of literature Search, Comparative Study of Law, the case analysis, experimental education law. It aims to change personnel training mode, develop students in the humanistic spirit, sense of innovation and practical ability. This essay mainly illustates the principles and significance of senior high school humanistic management under th new backgroundof new curriculum reform from the theoretical level ,at the same time ,from the practical level ,how to implement the humanistic class management methods are discussed.The thesis includes four parts: First, the background, the status quo, meaning and methods of the study.Second, the basic theory.Third, the status of humanistic class management and analysis of problems.Fourth, Strategy of humanistic class management. A theoretical study, practice research, survey data in this essay prove that humanistic-cultural class management for senior high school students under the new curriculum reform can help the high school students enhance their awareness, improve their self-management capability, and effectively promote the development of the personality, but also it can help promote the formation of humanistic quality of students.
