Nowadays, society needs various types of personnel at all fields. Twenty-first Century is the era of knowledge economy, the generation of knowledge economy calls for autonomous management. Reform of new curriculum corresponds the social development, stresses the dominant position of students and emphasizes to access to sustainable development through the development of student autonomy,all of this proposed higher requirements for education management. Class as the basic unit of pursue curriculum reform needs combine the concepts and requirements of the new curriculum in the management process. Who training self-management ability of students, learning ability, self-development as target,to achieve the greatest degree of independent development of students. With the further development of the new curriculum reform, the role increasingly prominent in classroom management. However, Throughout the implementation of the new curriculum reform,the reform in class management lagged far behind of which in teaching. Therefore, to probing the self-management classes which under the curriculum reform is both urgent and practical issue.From the current situation of domestic research, the researchers in the study of the new curriculum reform or pure research class Management, the combination of the two studies is not a lot of. I have been engaged in middle school education for six years, have been in charge of the work of the class, the middle school teacher in charge of the hard work of experience. Combined with their own work practice, the new curriculum reform and class management, starting from the class management to find a breakthrough point of the new curriculum reform, to explore the new curriculum reform concept of class management approach, the junior high school class management strategy for in-depth, specific, systematic summary.The author chooses 32 classes of grade three in Tangxian Experimental Middle School students as the research object, investigation and interviews with three stage grade implementation of class self-management, from external factors such as the traditional culture influence on students, pyramid, class management mode of family on children achievement degree of attention and the internal factors include the teacher, the students' problems, combined with relevant theoretical knowledge analysis problem; work on the front-line teachers, to create a good atmosphere, improving the independent management to strengthen the independent management class construction, independent management, implement the effective implementation of independent management and reasonable evaluation, put forward the feasible strategy of junior class autonomous management background under the new curriculum reform based on.For students, in the management of class and self teaching will be responsible for their own learning, work, life, and then to the students, classes, schools, to coordinate their own and others, and the relationship with the collective, enhance the ability of self-management, self education, help students to establish a lifelong learning concept. To improve the work efficiency and reduce the work pressure, it can make more time and energy to be used in the teaching of education and other research work. In a word, this research is helpful to enrich the theory research of the class management, and promote the implementation of the class management. It helps to provide an effective way for students to develop their own development. Helps to create a good atmosphere for the students' independent development.Under the conditions of research, this study mainly aims at Tangxian County middle school junior middle school classes, there are some problems in the research sample, the representative is not strong, the data analysis and interviews are not comprehensive and so on. I hope that through the further study of the junior middle school class management, exploration can provide a more valuable reference strategy for junior middle school class management practice.
